1. The service<\/h2>

Ergalion is a cloud service for managing tools and equipment, available on the web and through mobile apps. We may improve and change features over time.<\/p>

2. Accounts<\/h2>

The person who creates a company account becomes its owner and is responsible for the users they invite and the roles they give them. Keep your login details safe and tell us at once about any unauthorised use.<\/p>

3. Free trial and plans<\/h2>

You can try Ergalion for free. Paid plans, if any apply to your company, will be agreed with you in advance. We will never charge you without your agreement.<\/p>

4. Acceptable use<\/h2>

Do not misuse the service: no attempts to access other companies\u2019 data, to disrupt the service, or to upload unlawful content or malware.<\/p>

5. Your data<\/h2>

Your company owns the data it enters. You can export it at any time. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.<\/p>

6. Availability<\/h2>

We work hard to keep Ergalion available and backed up, but we cannot promise it will be free of interruptions or errors. Planned maintenance is kept as short as possible.<\/p>

7. Liability<\/h2>

Ergalion helps you keep track of equipment but does not replace your own safety checks and legal obligations. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profit or lost equipment.<\/p>

8. Ending the service<\/h2>

You can stop using Ergalion at any time. Before closing your account, export the data you want to keep.<\/p>

9. Law<\/h2>

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, and the courts of Cyprus have jurisdiction.<\/p><\/div>
