What is Ergalion?
Ergalion is a cloud system for managing tools and equipment. You see which tool is where, who has it, what condition it is in and when it needs maintenance, from the web and from the iPhone and Android apps.
Do I need special hardware or GPS trackers?
No. Ergalion prints QR labels on any printer, on A4 sheets or single labels, and it also works with the barcodes your equipment already has. Your team scans them with the phone camera.
Can I import my existing spreadsheet?
Yes. Upload an Excel or CSV file, match its columns to Ergalion’s fields and check the preview, which shows any errors before anything is saved.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes, native apps for iPhone and Android with camera scanning, check-out and check-in, transfers, requests, audits and notifications. Until they reach your app store, the web app works in any phone browser.
How much does it cost?
